It is perfectly placed for visiting Chester, Chester Zoo, Chester racecourse and many other local attractions, exploring North Wales, Liverpool/Manchester and the Cheshire countryside is easy as it has excellent road/rail and public transport links, located just one mile away from the motorway.
Ashtree House is located in a quiet cul de sac away from traffic noise. There is a master bedroom with a comfortable king size bed and fitted wardrobes, the 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds and fitted wardrobes (with full length mirror), modern bathroom with shower over bath, heated towel rail and storage cabinet. The open plan living space is well equipped with tv/dvd player, free Wifi, Blue tooth hi-fi system, a selection of books and dvd's, two comfortable leather settees and dining table with 4 chairs.
When you may not wish to dine in one of the many restaurants Chester has to offer the kitchen is well equipped for all your self catering needs and has a table and four chairs and overlooks the enclosed rear garden.
Outside you will find private driveway for two cars, a small front garden and a landscaped enclosed garden (with lockable gate) to the rear of the house with a table and four chairs to sit and relax in.
